TaylorMade Impact Group was founded on a commitment to create trauma-informed, equitable environments where children and students are seen, supported, and given opportunities to thrive. We believe that when schools, early learning programs, and youth-serving organizations invest in the well-being of children and the adults who serve them, entire communities become stronger.

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with more than 20 years of experience in education, school counseling, behavioral health, and systems leadership, I have dedicated my career to helping organizations build comprehensive systems of support that improve outcomes for children, students, families, and professionals. Throughout my career, I have partnered with school districts, community organizations, behavioral health providers, and multidisciplinary teams to strengthen mental health services, implement trauma-informed practices, expand systems of support, and improve access to equitable educational opportunities.

As I continue to serve in educational leadership, my greatest passion remains advocating for students and families whose voices are too often overlooked. That passion became even more personal through my experience parenting a child with autism. This journey has deepened my understanding of the challenges families face and strengthened my commitment to helping schools create environments where every child can thrive.
