TaylorMade Impact Group was founded on a commitment to create trauma-informed, equitable learning environments where every student is seen, supported, and given the opportunity to thrive. We believe that when schools invest in the well-being of students and educators, entire communities become stronger.

With more than 20 years of experience in education, school counseling, and behavioral health leadership, I have dedicated my career to helping schools build comprehensive systems of support that improve student outcomes. Throughout my career, I have partnered with school districts, community organizations, and multidisciplinary teams to strengthen mental health services, implement trauma-informed practices, expand Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS), and improve access to equitable educational opportunities.

While I have been honored to serve in educational leadership, my greatest passion has always been advocating for students and families whose voices are too often overlooked. That passion became even more personal as I experienced the journey of parenting a child with autism. It deepened my understanding of the challenges families face and reinforced my commitment to helping schools create environments where every child can succeed.

TaylorMade Impact Group was born from both professional expertise and personal purpose. What began as a career dedicated to supporting students has grown into a calling to equip educators, empower leaders, and help organizations create lasting, meaningful change. Guided by faith, compassion, and a belief that every child has immeasurable value, we partner with schools and youth serving organizations to build systems that support the whole child while strengthening the adults who serve them.
